Trader Joe’s has been one of the first grocery stores I’ve been buying from since moving to the US and there groceries have certainly become pantry staples in our home. They have such a variety of products at amazing and affordable prices. There’s nothing more I enjoy than discovering new products at Trader Joe’s. Their groceries spark my imagination to create amazing dishes. I thought I’d share this list post of my 10 Trader Joe’s Pantry staples.

Sparkling Black Tea with Peach Beverage
Firstly I just love the packaging, it’s chic, modern and it just looks so sophisticated.
Secondly it has most of the qualities I look for in a drink. It’s low calorie, low sugar and it has no added sugars.
The peach flavor is subtle and the black tea isn’t overpowering. Add some lemon slices and it’s the perfect drink to sip on during the hot summer days.
This drink is an awesome alternative to LaCroix or Bubly and when you just want to drink something different other than sparkling water.
Trader Joe’s Chicken Sausage
These sausages are perfect to have on hand for easy breakfast and lunch meals or to whip up simple weeknight dinners. Add them in your salads, make a sandwich or throw them in your favorite pasta dish for an instant meal.
They come in a variety of flavors, our favorites are the garlic and herb and the smoked andouille which has a little spice to it.
Ezekiel Bread | Wraps
This is by far the best bread I’ve had since being in the States and the healthiest too. It doesn’t just come in bread but in wraps too.
I often use the wraps to make breakfast burritos and the bread for toasted breakfast sandwiches in the panini press and it’s the best!
You can get this bread at many other supermarkets but I prefer purchasing it at Trader Joe’s because of its amazing price point. Trader Joe’s sells it for $3.99 while most supermarkets sell it from $4.99 and upwards.
This bread is packed with good nutrients and keeps you full for a long time. I highly suggest you try this bread.
Hold The Cone Ice Cream
These are mini cones filled with ice cream and crowned with chocolate.
They come in a variety of flavors such as chocolate and vanilla, chocolate and chocolate chips. You can also expect seasonal flavors so watch out for those.
When my family wants to indulge in a sweet treat these are our go to. We can enjoy them without the guilt because they are so tiny.
Trader Joe’s Greek Yoghurt
This is the only type of yoghurt we purchase. Trader Joe’s greek yoghurt is non-fat and it’s packed with double the amount of protein than other greek yogurts.
You can use greek yoghurt for so many things when cooking. It can be used in smoothies for added creaminess, hair mask (you can see my blog post on my hair care routine here), add it in your cake or use it to make marinades for chicken. The possibilities are endless when using greek yoghurt.
Trader Joe’s Garlic Spread Dip
Another deliciously tasting and versatile product is this garlic spread dip. This dip is incredible on sandwiches, especially turkey sandwiches, use it as a dressing for your salad or just simply dip raw carrots and cucumbers in this spread as a delicious snack.
Columbus Roasted Turkey
Something I always need in the refrigerator. It makes for simple homemade turkey sandwiches or eat as a snack on your favorite crackers, with some fruit or raw vegetables.
Rolled Corn Tortilla Chips | Chilli & Lime
I’ve heard about this snack for the longest time and finally about a week ago I bought it to try. I do love it, especially the combination of chili and lime together. You just cannot go wrong with that combination right?
Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic Marinara
When I’m in a hurry and need a quick meal to whip up for dinner then this is one of my go to items.
Boil some spaghetti, heat up ground turkey, pour in some of this marinara sauce, sprinkle some cheese and you have yourself dinner. Dinner in 10 minutes.
Trader Joe’s Berry Medley
I love the frozen fruit selection here. Again the price point for the frozen fruit is by far the best I’ve seen. I love using frozen berries / fruit in our smoothies, popsicles or smoothie bowls.
It also makes those items extra frosty when the fruit is frozen.
Conclusion
There are much more Trader Joe’s staple items that I love repurchasing. Therefore I definitely have to post another list of 10 Trader Joe Stao items from Trader Joe’s soon.
Maybe I will make it a monthly post. Let me know in the comments if that is something you guys want me to do.
Also let me know what your favorite items are at Trader Joe’s. I love trying out new goodies.
